Pillows are not comftable

Huge room and well-equipped with king size bed. Magnificent and ideal location, close to a modern shopping center where you have everything. The pool area is good too. What a wonderful staff.

The staff were friendly and the location near shopping centers was great, plus there was a restaurant nearby.

size of the room in the junior suite, beautiful green areas of the hotel, relaxed atmosphere that is experienced in the facilities, hotel bar very good and attention of the gentleman who attends excellent chat and telling you about the attractions that are in GDL, pool with delicious water, air conditioning inside the room in addition to excellent wc, great water pressure in the shower. extremely friendly staff from the reception to Eduardo who works in the mornings doing everything, charismatic and always helping the visitor to feel at home. No doubt he would return to this great family hotel.

The access cards to the room are blocked very easily and often and you have to be down to the reception to activate them, every day I pass the same thing and even asked for a secondary card and likewise failed and failed, there were times that I had to spend up to 20 repetitions in the plate to open, flat there were attempts that for more than he did never worked

The staff here were super nice and friendly, which was a great surprise. Our room had a comfy bed and a lovely view! 😊

The staff was great and I like the parking space is inside. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

Spacious room with a big comfortable bed. The room comes with all the necessary amenities like a safe, TV with many channels, and a mini fridge 🛏️.

Visiting friends and family and staying for 16 nights so needed a home from home. On advice from Daughter we upgraded to junior suite which gave us all the room and comfort we needed at little extra cost. Staff excellent, room very comfortable and spacious. Lovely gardens to chill out in, a good sized pool in the gardens (unlike most hotels which are on the roof and have less shade etc - PS you do need a pool for that length of stay). Breakfast was a good size buffet. Mostly the staff, especially Lisbeth our room maid and all the lobby staff. Overall really good value for money.

Although a good size the bar was often unmanned and the wine on offer was very limited and with no Mexican wine on offer (an excellent way of promoting the country's up and cpming really good and interesting wines as most of guests are Mexican.
